Brad has years and years of experience and success as a steady eddy in the Mortgage, Real Estate, Home Flipping, Credit Repair, and Vacation Rental industry. He first got into the vacation rental business in 2007, before Airbnb was ever in business and was among the 1st in Salt Lake and Washington County.

What obstacles did he face to get where he is now?

Brad states that wearing multiple hats and owning multiple businesses has always been the secret to his success as a “One Stop Shop” but a  struggle as well, especially when finding the balance between them all—staffing, employees, balancing family and business, philanthropy and even being a high school baseball coach for his boys and many others. He survived the crash of 2008, forcing him to pivot and start his vacation rental company, which thrived during the worst economic downturn so far in his life. Many lessons were learned, with many losses and struggles—most notably, he invested a lot of money in a Payday Loan company which had been operating successfully for years and ended up being a Ponzi scheme and Brad lost everything he invested. He’s also had a few business partnerships that were great but didn’t end up working out long term, but he learned a ton about himself and business in the process.

What demonstrable proof does he have that he is in the top 1% of his industry?

Google Brad Winget and you will see multiple pages of articles, accomplishments, and a long history of him excelling in anything he sets out to do through hard work, discipline, and simply being a good person that has always tried to do the right thing. Look at his websites, look at the companies he owns and has built. Look at his career and the partners he has had and how successful they are now. He and his wife own multiple vacation homes and a business that is very valuable and growing daily. Brad is distinguished in his field and people want to learn from him and all his experience.

In addition, Brad has worked harder and longer than anyone he knows in the industry. Brad has learned multiple facets of the industry and holds multiple licenses, allowing him to take many educated risks which have benefited many over the years while employing many people. Brad has always been successful in the things he knows well and has learned to stay in his lane. He is quick to pivot when he encounters change and he doesn’t make excuses—he just does whatever it takes to succeed. He also has incredible friends and mentors and has learned so much through his successes and failures.
