leading a way forward.

Luca has travelled to over 54 countries, proficient in three languages has a passionate interest in foreign art and culture. Over the past four years, he led global automotive projects and expanded his network globally. The wanderlust in Luca helped him to gain significant cross-culture skills which helped him to master business profiles and negotiate deals with global partners.

Luca is proud to share that he started and failed more than 4 companies. His first one was launched at the age of 19. Today, at 29 years of age, Luca Rubino is the Co-Founder and CMO of one of the most promising sustainability-tech startups with a multi-million-dollar valuation – Kiri technologies. Changing the world requires everyone to be involved and to do their part. Kiri creates the connection and the reasons for anyone to be more sustainable and to achieve global CO2 emission reduction goals.

Luca enjoys initiatives to change the status quo. Luca’s ability to endure hardships and to bounce back from every failure stronger than before has been the key to his success.

Luca’s biggest hope today is that his story and life journey will serve as a source of inspiration for many other young talents whose dream is to make a difference in the business world and have to climb to the top from the very bottom.
