Khalid Ahmed, who goes by the name ISELLCOIN online, confronted the financial burden that comes hand in hand with medical issues at an early age. Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when he was nine, this widely accomplished figure spent most of his pre-teen years in a hospital room. Given the current state of America’s healthcare system, it was to no one’s surprise that the medical bills piled up and overwhelmed his family.
“My parents were barely able to pay their mortgage while trying to balance my bills,” he shared. “This eventually caused them to lose our home in Victorville, California. After hearing this news, I made it my mission in life to never be in that position again.”

An encounter with a guy looking for an AMD Radeon graphics card propelled Khalid Ahmed toward not only the forefront of the digital asset industry but also an economic standing where he’d be able to support his parents and live comfortably.
“I asked him why he needed four of the same cards,” he recalled. “He told me it was to mine Bitcoin, and on that day, my life changed forever.”
Knowing the value that digital currencies bring to the table and gaining an in-depth understanding of how their power could be harnessed made it possible for Khalid Ahmed to see his dreams come to fruition finally. The small amount he initially put into Bitcoin transformed into six figures, giving him the opportunity to buy a house in West Covina and put up a flipping business. Eventually, he managed to launch three online stores and push his parents into retirement.
