By age 29, Battle had already made her first million, and was surprised when she did so. Her accountant told her she made it and Battle just stared at her, shaking her head in disbelief and excitement. They looked over the numbers together and no matter which way they did it, Battle saw that there is a clear formula to one million.
“I am passionate about uplifting others,” said Battle. “Once I cracked the system; once I realized that I could do it myself, I wanted to help others make their first million — and beyond! It’s a lot easier than most people think.”
She has a blueprint. And it works.
Battle’s Background
She comes from a large, Christian family of entrepreneurs who are versed in always keeping multiple income streams. Battle herself has six other brothers and sisters.
Her father owned a fine dining restaurant — including the property on which it sat. He also owned duplexes and homes, and the restaurant had a discotheque and bar element. The king of multiple income streams, he worked as a mailman by day.
Battle is an engineer with multiple hobbies and professions in addition to her main vocation.
“We didn’t know any differently,” she said. “There were always multiple sources of income coming into the household. Even as an adult, I haven’t seen a better way. It is the best way to this day.”
Trying and Failing
Battle began her career as an entrepreneur by opening a modeling agency when she was 27. As she tried to scout for and hire photographers, she noticed a general lack of ‘above and beyond’ attitude. That quality is something she looks for in a potential hire or partner — if you don’t want to impress people that could potentially give you money for your services, why should they want to work with you at all?
“If you want to build generational wealth with me, you have to put your best foot forward one hundred percent of the time,” said Battle. “My work ethic is something ingrained in me from childhood. I see people trying to make money who, for one thing, don’t want to put in the work. When they do make money, they want to spend it to keep up with people they see on social media. That just isn’t the way.”
Battle feels that trying hard and failing, getting up and trying again, is the key to finding what works for you. Once you find your niche, you can start to squirrel away those dollars.
Carving the Way
While her path to one million was accidental, Battle saw that there was a bit of conscious strategy involved. There was no other way for her to have made a million dollars besides the way she did it, and now she wants to share that with others so they can follow her path and create their own stockpile of funds to share with their children and their children’s children.
She runs a Facebook group called, A Million on Her Own Terms, and through this group and her program she has created four millionaires to date! She is excited to continue to help people, whatever their starting income level.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re halfway there or just started saving money for your first time,” said Battle. “My method works for everyone, and through techniques such as rental properties and other investments, I can partner with you to make us both money. If I make money, you make money. That is how this group works.”
Younger generations might feel like they are at a disadvantage, but with people like Battle around trying to shake up the status quo, the door is open for people of all ages to create their own wealth streams.
“I want to share this gift with my fellow people,” said Battle. “Once you get it down, you can make million after million — then the fun really begins.”
