A wise man once said “Big Journeys Begin With Small Steps” and here we have a perfect example. Today’s inspiring story is about Andrea Gaviria, CEO of OMG Swimwear , a fashion designer, photographer and a success coach for young women starting their business ventures. She was born in Miami as a first generation American to Colombian immigrant parents. As a child, she always aspired to be an entrepreneur. Through her impeccable work ethic, effective risk management and perseverance, she grew a successful swimwear company from the ground up. Her journey, which began selling swimsuits door-to-door in her teens, to several years later running one of the most well-known swimwear empires to date by the time she reached her 20’s, has inspired so many young entrepreneurs like herself.

Andrea Gaviria is very creative and passionate about her work. She has created a name for herself though her ability to understand her audience and giving women permission to feel sexy and confident in their own skin. She learned early on to utilize every aspect of social media to her advantage and that’s how she connects on a personal level with her audience.

In her spare time, she loves to decorate her home, hone her photography skills as a hobby and listen to new music. But nothing comes before her children. Andrea insists that her most important project is rearing her sons to become hard working men who contribute to society. She has a YouTube channel named as “OMG FAMILY” where she shares her home life with her adoring following. She wants them to dream big and achieve everything they want in life.

As an fashion designer, CEO, influencer and most importantly, mother, she fills many shoes. She asserts that her heavy workload fills her with a sense of purpose which makes her job enjoyable . She believes her greatest strength is that she likes to work under pressure.

Andrea Gaviria’s next goal is worldwide expansion. She plans to launch new stores of her swimwear company all over the world. In the future, she dreams of opening a boutique hotel.

Andrea lives her life to the fullest and encourages others to do the same. Her achievements are often attributed to her carefree outlook towards life and her desire to follow her passion. She is working hard to be successful person and as they say, “winners embrace hard work. They welcome discipline and accept the trade-off it takes to win.
