Julian Latty is used to being the underdog. Growing up, people always told him that he wouldn’t be able to live up to his lofty ambitions, and was always treated as the black sheep. He used the negative energy as motivation, and he’s been able to thrive in his career as a result.

Julian is the epitome of a serial entrepreneur, with ventures in insurance, food service, invests in crypto, and has past ventures in Amazon FBA and a coffee truck. Although COVID-19 caused him to have to shut down his coffee trailer, his food trucks thrived as a result of the pandemic. Rather than enjoy the success for himself, he gave out free meals to doctors and nurses in Virginia Beach on the front lines of the pandemic.

Even though he’s successful at the present moment, Julian’s certainly overcame his fair share of hardships. He used to struggle to pay rent on time and had to pray for his car to start each morning, but he never let himself become a product of his current circumstances. Julian worked tirelessly to get where he is today, and he advises anyone going through challenges to do the same.

To someone in the position he was once in, Julian says, “Never give up, never back down, always love yourself, and always hold yourself high.”

Not only has his hard work paid off in terms of success, Julian is happier than ever before. He’s grown to become more patient, think with love in his mind instead of hate, and has been able to make better decisions in business and all other aspects of his life. Now that he doesn’t have to stress about serious things like paying rent, he’s been able to make strategic and well-thought out moves in his career.

Now that Julian is able to provide for himself and not have to worry about his finances or his career, he focuses a lot of his time on giving back to others. Aside from donating meals to front line workers during COVID, he always gives back to the local community around the holidays. The ultimate goal Julian has for his career is to help people in his community start a business, invest in their business or educate them on finances and how to run a business. Julian’s parents are in real estate and own land in rural virginia. After speaking with his parents about growing on their property they said, yes. The farm will be known as iCanna Farms, an extension of iCanna Premier CBD. We should start our first growth in 2022 sometime and grow THC once it is legalized in Virginia.

Julian Latty has made tremendous sacrifices in his career, and his mission goes way further than just his own success. He has ambitions of following in the footsteps of leaders like MLK, Malcolm X and Nipsey Hussel, and he’s well on track to do so in the future.
