Converting to solar energy to save on utility costs and contribute to protecting the environment are two of Simple Solar’s greatest goals as a thriving business organization. And because more and more homes are shifting to solar energy, Simple Solar generated a whopping $28.5 million in sales in its first year in business, making itself one of the leading door-to-door (D2D) solar businesses across America today. The company’s undeniable success is also the result of its founder Moe Falah’s hard work and vision as a CEO to create a safer, cleaner environment and happier families.

The California-headquarted company, with satellite offices in Tampa, Florida, and Austin, Texas maintains four winning core values: maintaining a winning attitude, being action-oriented, pursuing a growth mindset, and the unity of people. With Falah exemplifying these admirable attributes himself, the 26-year-old Renewable Energy CEO of the Year and Employee-Focused CEO of the Year awardee has successfully created a work culture that is overflowing with dedication, loyalty, and hard work from the team. This year alone, he leads a team of 100 members and a company that pushes to exceed $150 million in total sales in their second year of business.

Falah’s remarkable accomplishments as founder and CEO of Simple Solar has garnered him the respect and acknowledgment of D2D experts. Simple Solar was named D2DCon 2021’s Most Improved Company. By focusing on the needs and welfare of his staff, Falah has achieved the unthinkable. His personal purpose as company CEO revolves around helping his team become the best version of themselves by being part of Simple Solar. He puts a lot of emphasis on personal development, high standards, great culture, and accountability. As a result, his sales team’s performance is three times greater than the average salesperson in the same industry.

Falah acknowledges that he would not have achieved all these accomplishments without the support and hard work of his leadership team, which he made sure to establish strongly at the beginning. He also feels fortunate to have a highly productive and effective back-end support staff that provides the needs of his salespeople. He was also able to achieve a great deal with his team by using the consistent slogan, “You don’t work for Simple Solar. Simple Solar works for you.”

His present success is inspiring Falah to do more for his team. More than the awards and the staggering sales in millions, the young CEO is more determined to see his workforce achieve a better and comfortable life. In the next few years, he is eyeing building a 1,000 person sales team that will aggressively promote and sell Simple Solar nationally. On top of the current number of clients his company has, he is targeting serving 50,000 more families all around America per year by 2023. He is committed to seeing this goal come to fruition as he believes that his success will also translate to the success of all those around him.

As Moe Falah continues to institute relevant change through Simple Solar, future generations can look forward to a cleaner and greener environment with their incredible $0-down, cost-saving, redirect program.
