In today’s modern era, it seems we’re glued to our smartphones and other gadgets 24/7. Whether it be for work, school, communicating with loved ones or getting updates with the latest hot topic from social media, this generation is fully living the digital lifestyle, where almost everything and anything can be done at just the click of a button.

As we scroll through our timelines, watch videos, or check out tweets from our friends and idols, many of us tend to forget that we already spend at least a few hours in front of our phones. In recent years, around 80 percent of the youth in America preferred going on social media during their free time instead of reading a book or watching TV. Long story short, we are seeing a mass addiction to technology.

What does this imply to our society?

Shinjini Das, a public speaker, motivator, and CEO of Das Media Group has some input on this topic. Building a media company from scratch where she’s world-renowned for her motivational content has given Shinjini years of experience at such a young age. With her real-time motivational content marketing strategies, she has achieved a whopping 15M views a month for her content and over 500,000 followers.

While she is only 29 years old, she’s also become an author. Her book, entitled “Unapologetically Shinjini”, aims to help and inspire the youth, especially those from low-income continents, including Africa, Latin America, and Asia – to ultimately earn more life experience as they navigate their career and build paths to financial freedom.

Calling them “#GoGetters”, Shinjini has inspired the youth in these countries to land their first-ever corporate job, and even go to Law School to soon become a lawyer. Indeed, today’s new age of youth is those seeking financial independence and a steady career path they can follow and will enjoy.

Shinjini, with her advocacy, helps all her 15-million viewers in some way, shape, or form. This is also evident in the support she gives out on Instagram, where she engages with all her “Go-Getters”.

However, it’s more than just motivational content that sets Shinjini apart.

She works with these youngsters to set actionable steps that involve monthly signs of progress towards their goals. She’s making a bigger impact by really cultivating a strong relationship with her followers and navigating their career paths with them together with the Das Media Group.

Shinjini and Das Media Group are revolutionizing how content marketing works now in this social media-driven age. As a multi-media personality, Shinjini has been part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit, a gathering of young entrepreneurs that are shaping the businesses of today. With a business in content marketing, Das Media Group is making waves in their strategies around B2B, B2C, platform-based, and D2C clients that need strategies to help amp up their image and voice online.

The future of marketing is in social media, and more businesses are seeing its benefits. Like Shinjini, you and your brand can make an impact wherever, however. As almost all of one’s target audiences are now on the socials, where else should you be?
