SurfCT, the international healthcare information technology, and digital workflow experience automation company, has hired a titan in the business world to support and elevate the company’s clients, doctors, and overall strategy.

Ms. Carolyn Bolton will serve as SurfCT’s chief strategy officer. In this role, Bolton will produce accelerated growth with sustainable success for the many who have the belief and knowledge that Everything is Connected®️. She will collaborate with SurfCT founder and CEO, Mr. Paul Vigario, to identify market opportunities, develop new client value driven initiatives while moving strategic planning from objectives through successful execution and world class, experience driven deliverables.

“Ms. Bolton brings with her a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to SurfCT’s premium clients to support our goal of remaining a global leader in the healthcare information technology market while at the same time expanding into new markets,” Mr. Vigario said. “We are thrilled that she has joined the SurfCT team and look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together for our clients.”

In her previous role with Dental Whale, Ms. Bolton served as Chief of Staff and Chief Strategy Officer and played a key role in the development of an ecosystem of dental practice solutions. She also oversaw multiple acquisitions and integrations, technology developments, education, DSO and consulting initiatives.

Before joining Dental Whale in 2017, Ms. Bolton served as the Director of Special Projects for Subway World Headquarters, the largest franchise company in the world, where she led several strategic initiatives under the direction of the CEO/Founder Mr. Fred Deluca. She was instrumental in growing the company from 4,000 restaurants to over 40,000 globally in 110 countries during a career spanning over two decades. She also held a senior position in Franchise Brands, LLC, a subsidiary of Subway, which was in charge of acquiring, integrating and expanding emerging franchise companies across multiple industries.

Ms. Bolton holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the College of New Jersey, and studied international business in New South Wales, Australia, at the University of Wollongong.

Since 2015, she has served on the Board of Directors of Feeding South Florida, a Feeding America food bank that serves over 700,000 families in four counties with access to healthy food at over 400 food pantries, vocational training programs and community assistance.

Mr. Paul Vigario said he’s excited to work with Ms. Bolton.

To quote Leonard Lauder of Estée Lauder, “Never make an important decision without a woman at the table,” Mr. Vigario said.
