It is essential as an entrepreneur that you celebrate the big and small wins in your life and throughout your journey. The challenges and pressures often seem insurmountable, and if one is not careful, they could become consumed by them. These may leave you feeling discouraged and dissatisfied. So, it is crucial to remind ourselves of accomplishments and successes. According to Liam James Collins, these help us to build confidence. Collins, who is the co-founder and COO of The Coaching Masters, and online coaching academy, shares some of his successes and accomplishments throughout his journey.

From Mailman to Life Coach

After a series of jobs and entrepreneurial tries, Liam James Collins worked as a mailman in the United Kingdom for three years. A position he took as a last resort to pay the bills. “When I was a mailman, I earned exactly £267 per week. £167 was for rent, and £100 was for food and bills,” shared Liam. This was indeed a difficult time for Liam. However, since that day, Liam has now gone on to become a successful life coach.

Over the last five years, he has become an NLP Trainer, Coach to Celebrities, TV Coach on MTV & works as a Peak Performance Coach for Amazon. He has since become a global professional speaker and multiple 7-figure business owner.

Yahoo Finance ranked Liam in the top 10 coaches globally and the top 10 entrepreneurs to watch in 2021.

He now owns a luxury Penthouse apartment in London and can get married on the paradise island of Santorini. Unlike with his difficult upbringing, he can give his daughter anything she wants.

Travelling the world

Growing up as a teenager, Liam dreamt of travelling the world. He was able to visit Bali. But other life challenges and financial restraints limited his dreams. Fast-forward to 2019, where Liam travelled to 16 countries in only 11 months while speaking on stage as a life coach in Santorini and Barcelona.

Coaching Masters is Liam’s biggest professional accomplishment to date

For Liam, the Coaching Masters is his most significant professional accomplishment to date. The company generates over $1.8M per year in online course sales.

“Daily, I receive constant messages from people telling me that I have changed their life, saved their life or transformed them personally in some way. This is a huge personal success for me,” shared Liam.

He is also the host of an iTunes Top 10 Podcast known as The Coaching Masters Podcast and has developed a loyal social media following. When Liam delivers a live training on Facebook, for example, it’s not unusual for him to generate up to 40,000 comments in less than 2 hours. This is a testament to how Liam engages his audience and is a massive win for a professional coach, teacher and course creator.

Liam hopes to continue to grow the Coaching Masters to become a world-leading online academy for coaches. He hopes to celebrate even more significant milestones in the future in both his personal and professional life.
