Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Evans.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

At the end of 2015 I was unhealthy, unhappy and felt trapped. As a result my business partner Taylor and I started an online business from scratch. Within 90 days we bootstrapped our business to six figures utilizing the online marketing and sales strategies we teach our clients. After hearing a lot of horror stories of entrepreneurs who’ve “lost it all” and had to rebuild we decided to put a focus into our long term wealth building. In 2019 we started a real estate investment company to grow our passive income. Since then we have purchased approximately $25,000,000 in residential real estate primarily in the South East and MidWest. As a result of a global economy and then perpetuated by the Coronavirus we’ve seen massive demand for niche education and job opportunities. As a result we launched a sales education and hiring company in February of 2020 which grew to a business producing 7 figures a month within 5 months of launch. It is still crazy to me that within 5 short years we have multiple 8 figure businesses in our portfolio with over a 100 employees serving over 104,000 clients globally.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

The biggest challenge we’ve had from scaling our companies quickly is not having enough great people in the right seats to handle our rate of growth. This has cost us in lost money, opportunity, time and emotions. Honestly, another big challenge we’ve had to overcome is becoming great leaders fast enough. Growing a business from scratch with no investors to over a 100 employees has forced us to level up how we lead. That’s been one of the hardest things we’ve had to figure out. Having the right people on the team at the right time is one of the hardest things to figure out. Not only that, but working with them in unison is a difficult thing to figure out.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

Our coaching, consulting and products have been leveraged by top entrepreneurs like Tony Robbins’ and Dean Graziosi and Russell Brunson and over a 100,000 other customer around the world. We specialize in helping entrepreneurs hone their offer, online marketing and sales message to quickly scale their consulting business with our “FOCUS of One” methodology. With this low cost / high margin business model we’re able to grow and help others grow businesses quickly.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Don’t do what you don’t like for very long. There are seasons where you might have to do things in your business that you’re not crazy about but I believe the more you can be in what I call the “enjoyment pocket” the less burn out you’ll have. When you enjoy what you’re doing and it’s profitable that’s where you’ll have a crazy amount of energy and longevity in your business!

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me means continual growth and health in every area of your life. That means you’ll have failures and that’s alright. That means you’ll have days where you feel like you suck and that’s alright. That means that you won’t always do it right. But as long as you continue to strive and see positive health emotionally, mentally, physically, financially and relationally that’s the process of success. Being abundant in joy and health so that you can give back to others in my view is ultimate success.

What’s next for you?

Immediately we are launching another education training company teaching online advertising. Marketing is my first love and especially buying ads online. It’s the thing that pulled me out of survival back in 2015. The ability to buy online media and flip that attention in profit completely changed the trajectory of my life and so I’m excited to help others do the same no matter where you are in the world. We now live in a global economy where as long as you have an internet connection you can grow a business serving others. I’m excited to help others find new opportunities for themselves and their families in the online global community.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more.

The best way that someone can get ahold of me is via my executive assistant, Tess at: [email protected]. You can also follow me on instagram: http://instagram.com/chrisaevans
