Mike Clum started with only a $600 camera. When he was a teenager he used to shoot videos on his phone, he realized he was better at it than many of his friends. So, he dropped out of college and started making videos for a living. He bought a camera and that was the beginning of it. Soon, he opened his own video production company Clum Creative in 2011.

Even in 2014 the company only had Mike Clum. But now it has a full-time team of 30 members. Many members work in contracts and are from around the world. It’s a great initiative by Mike to make the work culture as flexible as possible.

In 2014 Mike sold his first video to one of his friends while the $50 payoff wasn’t much he did what he could with that. Later that year he sold his video to a prominent local company and thus started Clum Creative the video production company. However, after years Mike also established Clum Group which is the parent company of Clum Creative.

Soon Mike started getting new clients and it helped him to pay off his bills and live life like an adult. So he got motivated to land more clients. Now Clum Creative is earning over $6 million annually.

Thanks to Mike and his innovation Clum Creative is not just about videos but also about marketing. Teddy Baldassarre is an example of Mike’s efforts. They created a brand out of Teddy, the guy with the luxury watch YouTube channel.
