The COVID-19 pandemic is a nightmare that the world may not get over anytime soon, and many companies worldwide felt its impact deeply. It has necessitated the work-from-home model as many companies had to keep operating while keeping physical contact between their employees minimal. Now that it seems like the world might return to normalcy again, some companies are now looking at the idea of retaining the remote work model, while some want to keep things hybrid by retaining both remote and in-office work models. Depending on these companies’ organizational setup and operational models, Tactic Inc. has developed a solution to help companies make these decisions more easily.

Tactic Inc.’s operation model was based on creating solutions that increase productivity for different companies. The product concept came to life in 2020, and it has been marketed as the solution to bridge the gap between virtual work and in-office work environments. Before the pandemic, professionals were often subjected to long hours of commute and traffic to and from their workplace. Now, with many companies adopting virtual work solutions, remote staff are struggling to adapt to working without seeing an office building or interacting with their co-workers. Tactic’s goal is to solve these problems effectively.

Tactic is built as an intuitive software that gives real-time information about the availability of office space and reservations, which managers can use to make their team-building efforts go right. It is easy to set up and get staff onto Tactic. It requires a minimal learning curve to get the hang of it, and the company hopes that the next few months will see more teams adopting the service in their day-to-day operations.

Part of Tactic’s specific solutions is helping company personnel know what efficient office layouts, individual workspaces, and conference rooms look like. It also ensures that double booking and overbooking of facilities are avoided. Designed to make work easier, Tactic integrates seamlessly with popular office applications like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Calendar, etc.

Tactic is one of those apps expected to deliver a unique solution to how companies and businesses get work done. The design team spent more than eight months developing and getting initial feedback. Now that it is ready to hit the public, the corporate workspace can take advantage of this solution to take charge of their work processes. More companies are likely to return to their offices in the coming months, and Tactic Inc. is well-positioned to be the companion they need for their smooth transitions into hybrid work setups.
