The success of a business is measured by the satisfaction of its customers. IntelCell, the rockstar Canadian company that offers tech services, is focused on doing their best to satisfy their growing base of clients and treat them with the attention and respect they deserve.

IntelCell has been growing and expanding exponentially. Owned by TripleOne, the decentralized business where users from all corners of the world come together to decide which businesses to support and invest in, IntelCell is a direct extension of the need to modernize, innovate, and be at the front lines of technological advances.

IntelCell currently has five stores across Quebec and over 40 knowledgeable representatives. Recently, their services even became available at the IGA supermarkets, which made it even easier to get help on the go. “Due to the pandemic, waiting in line and being close to a multitude of strangers is no longer okay, so we thought, ‘What can we do to improve the situation for our customers?’ This way, customers don’t need to leave their homes if they aren’t able to or feel uncomfortable doing so,” a member of the IntelCell team explains.

Surely, the pandemic has affected IntelCell, just as it has any other business. “The pandemic actually helped us evolve to a whole new level. Since everything became digital, so did we. It pushed us to innovate and develop faster than we had even planned, and this was a true benefit to us. It put us to the test and we passed with flying colors,” a member of the IntelCell team shares, adding, “We already had some ideas that we planned on implementing in the future, but we ended up fast-tracking all of it because it was needed. We offer both service in-person and online so that our clients can choose whatever they feel most comfortable with.”

Moreover, IntelCell has a dedicated support team available over the phone 24/7. The company has customers from all niches of society, such as busy moms, entrepreneurs who work from home, and students who need the highest-speed data in order to attend classes online and do their homework. This is why the company representatives are always available online to offer help whenever it is needed, regardless of the day or the hour. This way, IntelCell has become a powerful ally to its driven and ambitious customers, who need the best technological tools in their daily lives.

Thanks to this dedication, IntelCell’s base of customers has become more loyal than ever. The company enjoys a wonderful reputation and is set to grow beyond the owners’ wildest expectations. For more updates and to keep up with the latest news from IntelCell, follow them on social media.
