Born and raised in New Jersey, Aiesha takes to heart the very foundations of food science. Despite her talents, she had other dreams in mind as well. She was determined to become a registered nurse.
Her baking business was put in the backburner as she had to study to become a nurse. She was awarded the Schiff scholarship in 1995 for nursing to her college of choice. As life would have it, Aiesha realized that her career goals did not align with her passion. She received office management roles and administrative tasks. She eventually moved on to obtain a technical certificate and progressed to become a leading project coordinator and then finally to a project manager.
As Aiesha developed her career, she ran her own business and marketing consulting firm called Visionary Business Solutions, which later became Streamline Global, Inc. After almost ten years of establishing businesses left and right for other people, as destiny would have it, she managed to create a zucchini bread recipe that was all-natural for a holiday dinner.
Her friends and family loved the bread and not only insisted that she make more, but they demanded her to make more. Finally, the Sakeenah Bread Company was established in 2011, and it has grown to serve customers all throughout the United States.
Sakeenah Bread is currently in its relaunching stages, and Aiesha is proud to share this staple with the American population. The company is using a free sample spree to spread joy to others and let them have a taste of her famous zucchini bread recipe.
