After producing chartbuster like DND by Polo G, WayneOnABeat was flooded with a lot of messages from new and prominent producers awaiting in his DM who were willing to work with him.

Every time, WayneOnABeat makes a beat he looks for a specific vibe or sound depending on his mood. One of his favorite YouTubers, Noir1070 sent him his loop pack with amazing guitar riffs. Wayne was immediately drawn to this one sound and instantly jumped on FL Studio 20. The loop was already full with the melody selection, all it was missing was some crazy drums. One of the things WayneOnABeat enjoys most about FL Studio is how easy it is to create a drum pattern using their Step Sequencer tool. He was able to quickly come up with a drum pattern in less than 10 minutes using my custom Street Empire production kit and ultimately finishing the beat in 18 minutes and 37 seconds. Using his connections made during Covid downtime, he was able to link with an Engineer in LA who was recording Steven Cannon at that time and sent them a few beats.

The engineer called Wayne the same night and told him to hold the beat and get his paperwork ready.

Fast forward a month later, WayneOnABeat flew out to LA to meet Steven Cannon and Lil Xan in a studio session and was able to get a sneak peek at what they were working on.

Talking about the whole experience, elated Wayne says, “Both Cannon and Lil Xan workflow is out this world and was glad to be able to experience this in person. They liked the song so much they made it a single and now two weeks later, it has over 175k views on youtube in less than 2 weeks”.

He further adds, “It’s truly amazing how you can hear one sound and in less than 30 minutes you can have a hit on your hands”.
