Shaan Rais holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in Evidence-Based Coaching. He also has another master’s degree in Organizational Development and Change. Shaan has also authored and self – published two books, The 7 Prerequisites to Success and The Phenomenal Leader. He has also penned another two – both of which are on the way to print. He is certified in Extreme Execution Coaching with the DISC assessment, having devised a spin on the assessment with strategic business-centric gamification by utilizing chess.
Before the global pandemic, Shaan was certified as an ETA Speaker by Dr. Eric Thomas in the ETA Game Changers Program. Since then, he has pivoted into his deep coaching competency. Using his 8-year online college student experience and multiple graduates, he masterfully began to coach entrepreneurs on leveraging technology with their experience and expertise to become what he calls #BrandedLikeALeader.
#BrandedLikeALeader is the inaugural eight-week course that Shaan set up on branding clients through the multi-faceted framework that he used. Shaan has masterfully empowered dozens of entrepreneurs without having to spend or use any ads.
Shaan has done the incomprehensible by turning the marketing world on its head, online or offline. He has made a massive impact with his morals, values, and principles (or MVPs) and walked his coaches and students through the exact framework he used to make his monumental impact.
Despite everything he has done, Shaan still considers himself a student and is a strict believer and adherent to coaching. He is still actively receiving coaching himself. When people describe his services, it’s not uncommon to hear the words authentic and value thrown in.
In all his works, Shaan has integrated technology that is readily available to all entrepreneurs. This ensures a lean, agile experience using Facebook and Zoom primarily to host his meetings and community. He has amassed a team of hungry leaders who “eat bullets and sleep standing upside down.”
Shaan has proven himself to be not only a leadership developer and coach, but also a speaker, executive, and organizational coach as his team comprises entrepreneurs, marketers, copywriters, and digital psychology experts from the United States up to the Philippines and more.
The model that Shaan uses is a prime example of a new school business model and innovation, paired with an old-school work ethic and discipline. He also interweaves his passion for social justice into the organization’s foundation by hiring a multicultural staff that represents diversity and inclusivity tapping into his mission, vision, and values.
