As a brilliant human, Chef Cristian Marino was always intrigued with the different types of mediterranian aromas that would whift out of his parents’ kitchen. Soon, curiosity got the better of him and his parents’ became his first instructor in his early restaurant in Calabria, Italy, his gateway into the culinary world. After gaining enough experience, he set out to create a unique mélange of global ingredients and cooking styles in different countries, and now with base in Dubai, his plan is to bring unique blend of experiences globally personalising and giving his ‘signed’ menu custom made for the specific country and their customers.

Cristian had left the South for the North where he had studied at the ‘E. Maggia institute in Stresa’ on the Maggiore Lake.

“He had also worked in Indonesia just before the COVID-19 situation. Most of his career has been spent with working with international brands, travelling in Silversea (6 Star Cruise Ship), working in different hotels like Radisson Blu and Intercontinental. Moreover, he was also hired as the preopening Executive Chef for a 4 Star hotel, a 5 Star hotel and the largest ballroom in East Java, Indonesia for the Marriott hotel chain.”

Looking at the history of the Global Chef Consultant Cristian Marino, we can predict that he will help many others young chefs to grow and certainly he will be achieving even greater successes.
