Nowadays, more than ever, the entertainment industry has become about who you know. Elijah Ross learned this at an early age as he began on his journey as a DJ. At first, connection building was difficult for Elijah Ross in the sense that he found himself building relationships with the wrong people. He soon understood that he had to stop hanging around the wrong crowd for him to be successful. After learning this, Elijah Ross then began spending time around successful people who had similar ambitions. He said from this experience, “Your success in this field is definitely correlated to the quality of the relationships you have and how you conduct business”.
With this switch in philosophy, Elijah Ross has now gone on to work with many successful artists such as Future, A-Boogie, Trey Songz and Chris Brown. Continuing to build his contact list every day, it is by no mistake that Elijah Ross is as successful as he is.
