Case is an extremely gifted writer whose ability to weave a story that captivates readers is notorious, which is no doubt why her book Gabrielle Lost recently took the Amazon bestseller list by storm. You have written four amazing books, was one more challenging to write than the others? And if so why was it so challenging?

Yes, Gabrielle lost was the most challenging one published so far. I had to do a lot of research on the fashion industry and Italy.

Words are precious to authors, what is your favorite word and why?

My favorite word is “Awesome!”  I tend to write that a lot.  I always have to go back at change it to something else.

When you start working on a new book do you start out with a concrete plot or do you let an idea lead you down a path?

I get an idea for a story and tend to start there.  I do a description of the main characters so I can picture them in my mind.  That helps with picturing them interacting and having conversations. Like real people.  LOL

Do you have a favorite time of day, season, and place to write? Why?

I like to write at night or early in the morning.  The house is quiet so I can escape into the story.  I love the Winer.  The sound of the rain and thunderstorms or even snow is relaxing so I can write.

We love your work, and so like your other fans, we are wondering if you have another book in the works.

Yes, actually I have 5- 6 other in the works.  LOL,  I am trying to focus on one to get it finished.  This one is a Historical Adventure in the late 1600’s.
