Nitin Khanna, a self-made Indian American entrepreneur, has shared important success tips for youngsters to succeed in the business world. The entrepreneur has achieved great success in his life and he is an inspiration for every person who wants to become a successful businessman. According to the visionary entrepreneur, it is important for every young entrepreneur to be passionate about running a business but that is not nearly enough. One most also have the technical know how, the mental aptitude, and the grit to survive and thrive the journey of entrepreneurship.

Nitin Khanna developed a strong inclination towards the entrepreneurial world during his childhood days. The second success tip that he has shared is that diversity of thinking and giving employees the freedom to express their thoughts is critical. Diversity of thinking can most easily be achieved by having a diverse workforce and having the discipline to go the extra mile to ensure you are looking for under-represented viewpoints as you make new hires.

The self-made Indian-American entrepreneur has added that every young entrepreneur should be prepared to face ups and downs in the early years of starting his business. According to Nitin Khanna, it takes time to understand the market and make the right decisions at the early stages of running any business. For him, it is crucial to maintain business competency and take the right decisions to expand a business.

Nitin Khanna runs diverse businesses and he is also a partner with many firms. The self-made millionaire has built a strong business empire with his visionary approach. After graduating with Master’s and Bachelor’s of Engineering degrees from Purdue University, Nitin Khanna founded a custom software development company, Saber Software in 1997 and he sold it to EDS for $460MM in 2007.

Then, he founded Merger Tech, a boutique tech investment bank. In the year 2015, he took a surprising decision to found Cura Cannabis Solutions, a cannabis company that he later sold to Curaleaf for $950 million. His present venture is Sentia Wellness in the cannabis industry. Apart from this, Nitin Khanna is involved in many philanthropic activities in different niches.
