Born in Vietnam with birth name Tuan Ha, Fat Panda Tuan is the stage name Tuan has adapted in order to truly personify the things that make him who he is.
Inspired from a young age by his father’s musical abilities, music was the thing that kept Tuan going even during the darkest times in his life. As an overweight young boy, Tuan faced extreme anxiety and social reclusion due to his appearance. However, he stayed determined and not only overcame his weaknesses but created bona fide career paths out of them all. Educating himself and working hard to lose his excess fat, Tuan became increasingly passionate about fitness and currently works as a professional trainer, in addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors and his musical undertakings.
