Golfsavers.com has declared the release of its first API featuring Asian-Pacific golf courses and venues for travel agents as well as tour operators. Through this API platform, it will be possible for travel agents to expand access to this market for their clients.
It is the first API that will release featuring golf courses in South-East Asia and API.Golfsavers.com will turn out to be beneficial for travel agents and tour operators to help them feature more than 500 golf courses in the region to their clients. Among more than 500 golf courses in the Asian-Pacific region, major destinations in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia will also be covered.
David Pettigrew, the managing director of Golfsaver.com said the API will facilitate their partners to connect their clients with the best courses and tee times in the South-East Asian region. Pettigrew also added that sharing access to the inventory including major golf destinations is one of the new ways to support the industry and their partners.
Through the integration of the API with their websites and mobile applications, it will become possible for partners to search and book the tee times at all Golfsavers contracted golf courses in Asia. The API will also allow partners to expand their businesses in order to obtain a global reach. The integration plan of API into the websites and applications of major golf operators and partners is under process and soon it will allow partners to connect directly to Golfsavers’ inventory of South-East Asian golf courses as well as venues.
