There was a listing for an announcement for the second season of the series. Currently, there are no definite details about when the fans could expect the season and how it is being produced or which staff from the season one would continue.

Dragon Maid is amazingly popular in the West after it released the first season and it is among the top ten Slice of Life anime essentials prepared by Anime Whiz.

The first season continued on with a film project and ended its anime with a single season. The second season of the series is expected to be more popular than the first. More information about the second season is expected to release soon.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid was initially created by Coolkyoushinja for Futabasha’s monthly action magazine in 2013.

The series is about an unsuspecting office worker. One night, she occasionally runs into a dragon and manages to help the dragon. Soon the dragon reaches the girl’s front door and offers to be her live-in maid as a way to thank her for the help. The dragon turns into a more human form and vows to live and work as the girl’s dragon maid.
