Paraguayan Ana Espinola representing Mexico in a World Fitness Championship

How does a chubby girl from Paraguay grow up to become a sexy Instagram influencer? Stranger things have happened, but this is still impressive, nonetheless.

Ana Espinola is a true example of how hard work can pay off for anyone, even if they’re from a poor nation like Paraguay. During her childhood, she was made fun of in school because of her weight and. She struggled with an eating disorder for several years. It wasn’t until she discovered the gym that she finally got control over it.

After working out for a few short years, Espinola transformed her body from mush into lean muscle. Every inch of her gorgeous body had muscle definition and very little fat. The people who knew her before couldn’t believe she was the same person. She became the girl that every other girl wished they could be. This gave her immense satisfaction, but that was only the beginning.

By the time Espinola graduated from high school, she wanted to take her fitness interests to the next level. Since she had a beautifully defined body, Espinola took the next step and began modeling for fun. What started out as a hobby had turned into a sudden career move. At age 19, she went from modeling on the catwalk to appearing in television commercials. This was a far cry from her original ambition of becoming a public accountant. Modeling was a lot more fun and rewarding, as you can imagine.

Espinola landed on the covers of Woman’s Fitness, FHM, and Playboy. In fact, she was featured approximately eight (8) times in Playboy and four times in FHM. However, her first love was fitness, and she never stopped exercising and keeping herself fit. She didn’t do it for her modeling career, but rather for herself. That’s what made her such a stunningly beautiful woman.

Of course, Espinola did work out extra hard when she entered fitness shows and competitions, such as the Florida Estatal Championship and the Olympia Brazil Amateur. Placing the top5 in South America as a result, Espinola earned the title of bikini champion and glorified it on her social media accounts, and the last fitness show was Miss Bumbum Brasil World taking the 5th place to Mexico.

At first, Espinola only posted her sexy photos on Instagram for fun. But as she gained thousands of new followers on the social media platform, she quickly saw an opportunity to reach more people as an influencer. Major fitness companies were now paying her to promote their supplements, gym wear, and other fitness products to her followers.

Her followers see Espinola as a sexy fitness icon. But she still sees herself as the chubby girl who got bullied in school. That is why she devotes some of her posts on social media to inspire other girls to follow their dreams. Espinola calls out bullying and encourages others to do the same.

Even to this day, Espinola struggles to control her eating disorder. You’d never guess it by looking at her, but that’s because she uses fitness to control her cravings and urges toward food. If the day ever comes when she stops modeling, there is no doubt that she’ll continue to take fitness seriously because it is part of her lifestyle and always will be.
