Exxtreme Labs offers a whole range of pre-workout supplements and the Bulk edition is used to build muscle mass and volume. As far as the package itself, the supplement powder comes in a cylinder with an easy-twist lid. It mixes well and doesn’t leave a grit behind, unlike some other pre-workouts. But what’s most impressive about this supplement is the insane level of performance that it brings for people working out. After 30 minutes of taking the supplement, the ingredients kicked in and out of our test group, we all experienced a surge in energy and focus. This lasted until we completed our workout of 60 minutes. Once we completed our workout and left the gym, the ingredients wore off immediately after we stopped training and there were no side effects after.

This is the incredible part, the experience after taking Ultimate Core Bulk Pre-Workout was very intense and elevated our physical ability significantly. But once we stopped working out, the caffeine and other ingredients wore off without any harmful side effects. With many other pre-workout supplements, you are likely to encounter a nauseous feeling after you workout due to the high amounts of caffeine used.

What’s Inside Exxtreme Labs Pre-Workouts?

Exxtreme Labs offers a few different types of pre-workout supplements, each one does something slightly different for your performance. In the Ultimate Core Bulk Pre-Workout, these are the base ingredients.

Beta Alanine – There is beta alanine included in Ultimate Core Bulk, this beta alanine is used to reduce lactic acid buildup in your muscles during exercise. This leads to an overall better athletic performance when working out. Beta alanine is a non-essential amino acid that can be found in more pre-workouts.

Caffeine – This ingredient is used to increase energy levels and give you the edge over your workout. It can improve concentration also, however Exxtreme Labs carefully doses caffeine in order to limit side effects.

Citrulline – This is used to improve blood flow when working out. This is very important for muscle development. In order to maximize muscle growth, your muscles must have a rich supple of oxygen and nutrients which is carried through in the blood.

The supplement itself contains many more ingredients, these can be found on the outside packaging of each tub of Ultimate Core. As stated previously, each edition varies ingredient.

To summarize, Exxtreme Labs is one of (if not the most) natural sports and performance supplement brand on the market. If you are looking to boost your physical ability in a natural manner, then we suggest their pre-workout as it contains only the best ingredients sourced from the United States. Their products undergo 3rd party testing and clinical studies in their own state-of-the-art performance facilities. However, you cannot purchase their products anywhere except their own online web store.
