This year has been a year of major change for so many people, forcing them to pivot, learn new skills, or abandon old jobs altogether. It’s been both a year of frustration as well as opportunity, inspiring entrepreneurs to share their craft with newcomers considering a different kind of future. Notoriously lucrative and also reliable as a long-term investment, real estate has become more and more appealing to those looking to make ends meet.

In fact, the real estate market is globally booming right now, despite expert predictions. Countless publications have now predicted that this boom could go on for years, due to unexpected sprawl out of previously populated city centers, like New York City. The market is ripe for the taking, and one entrepreneurial real estate investor and educator, Sofia Castro, wants women everywhere to know they can get in on the action.

After going through her own real estate experiences and self-doubt when it came to diving in and investing, Castro wants women to know that they possess all of the innate tools, acumen, and confidence required to be successful in this kind of market.

“I realized that so many women were feeling what I felt – fear that they would not be able to break through an industry dominated by males,” said Castro. “There is certainly a decent amount of information and education that’s needed to be successful at real estate investment, like identifying winning properties, understanding market shifts, and local research. When I taught myself how to be successful in this market, I realized that other women could achieve financial independence with real estate, too.”

The Winning Formula

Castro decided to take her winning formula and break it down into hands-on education she could provide to women everywhere. Some of the biggest elements of her courses include insider knowledge into the best properties to buy, financing options for those that can’t fund the projects themselves, and developing personal self-confidence that is necessary for deal-making and negotiations.

Launching Queen Ventures, which sells Castro’s 5 Steps to Real Estate Royalty, the firm committed itself to premiere real estate education that helps women: properly manage properties, make winning buying decisions, maintain certain capital, scale businesses with refinancing, and understand when it’s the right time to exit the market.

“My goal is to provide a crash course that gets women to where they want to be: managing their own successful real estate business that they can count on,” said Castro. “Queen Ventures will hold everyone’s hand along the way with mentorship from experts that have spent and made tens of million in real estate. We know what works and what doesn’t work, and we’re ready to inspire women everywhere to get in on the action. It doesn’t have to be a boy’s club anymore.”

Castro concluded by saying she works hard to provide a safe place for women to learn, grow, and envision their wildest dreams. There is no goal that is too big or large for Queen Ventures, which is why Castro wants all women to achieve the financial independence they deserve in 2021.
