John Lajara, the #1 Hispanic Realtor in Downstate NY, is Proof That Passion Equals Success

Millions of individuals will commit themselves to become realtors in 2021, studying the materials and perusing the resources they need to make it a reality. For many of these people, the realtor dream won’t become real, however. The one thing that will stop them when all else fails in an otherwise demanding and grueling industry will be passion.

Chasing the dollar and building a business based on strategy is one thing; creating an empire based on nothing but pure passion and determination is a whole other ballgame. John Lajara, one of America’s Top 100 Agents, Top 10 Realtors in all of New York, and the #1 Hispanic Realtor in Downstate NY, is proof that passion catapults the most determined of entrepreneurs and business moguls to the front of the pack.

Quickly perfecting his real estate science that he leverages in all transactions, Lajara has built a business platform that is designed to minimize the margin of error while avoiding setbacks with each and every client. Lajara doesn’t treat clients like statistics – he treats them as individuals with real, valuable, and genuine ideas and desires. With that kind of customer service, Lajara has built a global network of stakeholders, attorneys, mortgage brokers, partners, and more on his conquest of New York State real estate.

In total, his business design has helped him produce over 60 transactions per year.

“We all start out with the same idea and dream. What differentiates us is harnessing our passion and following our divine purpose,” said Lajara. “I knew working my way up to the top in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world wouldn’t be easy, but  my passion was undeniable – I couldn’t stop myself, and I’m so glad I pursued this career 10-years ago.”

From Real Estate to Fitness

The fire that ignites Lajara’s soul pushes him beyond real estate and into other business ventures that he believes will help the people on the same path as him. As Lajara fought to make a name for himself over the last decade, he continuously found himself ignoring his physical body and its requirements. Realizing that fitness and nutrition are core components of being a successful young professional, Lajara started to devote more time to his physical form.

In an effort to explore fitness and nutrition, Lajara had found another passion of his: sharing wellness with young professionals everywhere.

“I know better than anyone how hard it can be to set aside time to work out, eat right, drink water, and receive ample sleep,” said Lajara. “Young professionals, especially in business like real estate, are pulled in millions of directions, making the whole process overwhelming at times. That’s why my next venture is designed to help these people manage their health the right way.”

Called MAKRO Fitness and Nutrition, Lajara’s fitness program, co-founded with his partner, Ryan Maldonado, is set to become one of the next premiere fitness platforms in the world. By providing precise nutrition that targets elite professionals and gets them into shape, MAKRO will also custom tailor workout programs that work for each and every client. Additionally, given the in-person restrictions on exercise around the country today, Lajara is going to ensure all information and fitness program details are accessible through the internet.

Built on his passion to succeed, and more importantly, make a positive impact on the world around him, Lajara is just getting started.
