Relationship experts have expressed that poor understanding and unsatisfying relationships are the leading reasons responsible for a high number of cheating cases among couples. It is found through a survey that infidelity in romantic relationships stands at 35% and mostly young couples are contributing to this.

According to experts, the busy lifestyle in today’s time and the changing priorities of people are making things difficult for couples. Due to this, they are facing problems in their relationships due to poor understanding. Moreover, the exposure of the virtual world due to social media has increased the chances of cheating.

It is because people in unsatisfying relationships are now looking for happiness outside their relationship. And it is even leading to several other adverse outcomes such as domestic violence, conflicts, and even homicide. Even many partners are making use of free apps to hack Facebook account of their partner without a password to know if he/she is cheating on her/him or not.

Many psychologists have highlighted that this additional stress in romantic relationships is affecting the personal as well as professional life of every person. And it is making things worse for sensitive couples as they enter the state of depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders.

They don’t spend time with each other on a daily basis and it is making it difficult for them to understand each other well. In long-distance relationships, this problem is more apparent and it is introducing several problems in the lives of romantic couples. As a result, they are taking counseling sessions to remove the relationship stress from their lives.
