Hi, Stefania! Thank you for taking out the time to talk with us. Let’s start by learning more about your journey.
My story starts over ten years ago, as I first stepped foot into the beauty industry by becoming a licensed medical esthetician specializing in advanced skincare and post-operative care. I have always been intrigued by the beauty, health, and wellness industries, with a deep passion for healing, nutrition, self-care. I have always understood that there is more to it than people already know, and my desire to help people led me to found Body Krush.

As a CEO, wellness practitioner, and mompreneur, I have always focused on being the best in everything and everything is set my heart on. Mediocridty wasn’t a choice-its either I was going to do it will all I had, or not do it at all. I am incredibly passionate and dedicated to helping people, as a natural healer myself. I’ve extended my passions into developing my brands, Body Krush and Krush Shapewear, with the genuine aim of helping my clientele achieve their health and wellness goals. My approach goes beyond the aesthetic outcomes; it focuses on the niche synergy between mind and body.
Why do you think lymphatic massage and drainage are vital for the body?
The lymphatic drainage massage is a subtype of gentle massage that supports the drainage of lymph nodes and the movements of lymph fluids in the body. This technique is also known as manual lymphatic drainage; it helps relieve swelling, inflammation, and pain caused by illness or medical treatments blocking the lymphatic system and aids and promotes quicker healing. I utilize my blended and specialized approach, that is specifically tailored to be unique to each and every client, for optimal results. My niche is in post op plastic surgery as well as professional athlete rehabilitation.
What do you think helps your med-spa and your shapewear line stand unique in the industry?
Everything boils down to my vision of seeing my clients take a step toward healing. Body Krush originated as a healing center to promote wellness and self-confidence in my clientele. I am determined to empower my clients to become the best versions of themselves, so I am constantly reinventing myself and striving to offer the latest and greatest technology and services, including IV vitamin therapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared and nutritional services.
Anything that helps you stand distinctive from the rest of your contemporaries?
My focus on the intersection of holistic and functional healing helps me stand out. The combination of a mind and body experience, focusing on mental health, detoxing, and nutrition, is based on my belief that pursuing beauty is an all-encompassing endeavor. Through bridging the psychological and physical health gap, I get to shine as a natural healer.
Tell us about the mission of your brands.
My mission is to provide all my clientele with a luxurious and unique all-encompassing experience, providing the highest quality services and building solid bonds and relationships with every person I cross paths with.
Is there any piece of advice that you would like to give to budding professionals in the industry?
Always focus on the bigger picture and do everything with passion and a more empowering purpose. Stay determined on your path to advance toward your goals. Anything is achievable with the proper mindset.
