Entrepreneurs’ Edge: Presenceology’s Mila Yoli Helps Founders Position Their Brands Through New “Your Standout Offer” Program

Branding is a complicated landscape, and it becomes even more complex when a founder is attempting to engage with their own personal brand story. Presenceology CEO Mila Yoli uses her background in psychology to assist entrepreneurs in defining and distilling their brand narratives in authentic and compelling ways.

Through her work with founders across the country, she is helping to enact a subtle shift in the branding world, one that allows business thought-leaders better connect with customers, position themselves as leaders, and create more value for their brands.

Though she has been working her branding magic one-on-one with clients for years, she knew that more entrepreneurs around the world could use her help, but she’d never have time to work with all of them.

That’s why she is introducing her very first online course, a psychology-based deductive reinvention class called “Your Standout Offer.”

“I created this online course for people craving a chance to reinvent themselves in a meaningful way, people that want to make an impact but aren’t sure how to start, and people with unique gifts that want to attract their dream clients,” Yoli said.

Making Branding Strategic

Through her background in psychology — Yoli is a trained former therapist — she has helped dozens of satisfied clients unearth their true selves and deep-seated belief systems, as well as how to translate that DNA into a brand that clients remember.

She truly enjoys the process of working through data and psychology to come up with unique image strategies for every client. As a result, her approach is unique and personalized for each entrepreneur she works with.

Using intimate knowledge collected during data-discovery sessions, she can shed light on what makes an entrepreneur — and by extension, their business — different from others in the field. Her process also involved translating that knowledge into relatable brand strategies.

From the desired image to core values, and from strategic planning to brand essence, she helps to put the pieces together in a way that many entrepreneurs find challenging when the subject they are studying is themselves.

“Most of the entrepreneurs I work with are absolutely brilliant, but it’s different when you’re turning the light on yourself. It’s difficult to see ourselves as others would see us and know what parts of our personal narratives to put forward as part of a professional brand,” explained Yoli.

Presenceology’s two-pronged approach to uncovering brand stories involves learning clients’ stories and then pairing that data with psychological principles to create brand equations based on more than educated guesses.

Therapist Turned Entrepreneur

The founder didn’t train to work in company branding or image strategy. Instead, she trained as a therapist but found the job burned her out, and she was often unable to leave the day’s problems at the office when she left for the day.

Happily, she quickly found a way to continue helping people — which she calls her true passion — while taking a step back from the parts of therapy that didn’t jive with her authentic nature. That way of helping people was through image strategy.

It was easy for her to observe the entrepreneurs around her who had brilliant ideas but were less skilled at presenting themselves to the world as engaging experts. Her psychological skills made it easy to see how she could help them to harness the power of branding.

About “Your Standout Offer”

Using the same basis as Yoli’s signature one-on-one coaching, “Your Standout Offer” pairs fact-finding with therapeutic practices to reveal the unique value propositions of every founder and entrepreneur.

The course is specifically designed to get to the heart of matters quickly and help ready new entrepreneurs to take their places on the world’s business stage in an expedited fashion.

With a focus on reinvention, Yoli leaves in what she’s learned about brand strategy, image building, professional etiquette, and more. Her process leads to entrepreneurs that complete the process feeling like they know themselves — and their brands — better than ever before.

At the end of the course, she promises that clients will better engage with you, peers will be drawn to working with you, and you’ll have much better confidence when presenting yourself and your brand. It’s this ‘wow factor’ that is making Presenceology a new branding mainstay.
