Tessabella Jelten is widely acclaimed as a marketing strategist, real estate coach, and digital marketing educator. But before she made her mark in real estate, she came from a background of hard knocks. She grew up poor, enduring many challenges before the age of 14. However, she actually counts herself as fortunate because these challenges gave her the tenacity, perseverance, and work ethic she would need to be a successful female business owner.

After high school, she stepped out into the unknown when she left her home in Oregon to start a new life in sunny Arizona. Things moved quickly as she started investing in real estate with nothing but passion and a laptop. She flipped her first house at 18 with negative 36 cents in her bank account. A year later, Tessabella had achieved a remarkable milestone when she managed to flip 25 houses.

She also discovered what may be one of her strongest skills: branding and marketing. As she documented her journey on social media, she quickly built a name for herself remodeling and restoring historic houses in the valley.

Tessabella considers herself to be a student of life. She goes into every interaction with massive confidence because she knows the value she can bring to the relationship. But, Tessabella also knows it’s important to stay open-minded. Each unique situation brings different viewpoints and the potential for multiple ways of doing things. Keeping that “student” mentality keeps you flexible and on a winning streak!

Tessabella has created a unique approach to building, scaling, and branding real estate companies. Her brand grew into a residential real estate team, which formed an exciting partnership with the Phoenix Suns. Through hard work and relentless passion, she has opened doors to work with some of the largest names in the industry and commercially recognized brands. She’s had the pleasure of working with TV celebrities and influencers from hit shows on HGTV, Bravo, Netflix, and much more.

For anyone thinking about starting a business, Tessabella has some solid advice. Take fast action, don’t be afraid to fail, and take massive ownership. These principles will open great opportunities and it only takes one relationship to change your life.

Through years of trial and error, she’s built entire marketing suites and lead generation funnels—all because she cracked the code that sent her path a massive growth trajectory. Now, her passion for real estate has also turned into a passion for helping others in the industry. She’s a Nationally Recognized Real Estate Coach, featured at national speaking engagements such as Inman, Hyperfast Agent, LabCoat Agents. Tessabella helps real estate professionals around the world with her signature success 4S Formula.
Tessabella has the exciting opportunity to represent the supplement company, OSNAP Active Lifestyle, as their VP of Brand Development. This up-and-coming brand is a revolutionary way to experience nutrition, and Tessabella has had the honor of working with them since it was an idea across the dinner table. Their goal is to build a community of better minds, bodies, and bank accounts through a global brand and incredible company culture. “Nothing excites me more than seeing an idea come to life!” she says.

Everything Tessabella preaches is genuine, since they are all things she has worked out in the trenches. They are proven methods worked out over hundreds of clients which she now shares to help others. You can follow Tessabella on Instagram @tessaabellaa.
