Navigating the fiercely competitive music scene can be intimidating and daunting, even more for newcomers. It can make a world of difference for musicians to connect with experts in the business who can guide them through their journey. One such inspiring individual stands out for helping countless artists rise to the top – Rich Fayden.

The seasoned consultant and executive producer has been all over the industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with and collaborated with several well-known artists and record labels. But he is most known for being a visionary with a knack for discovering new talents and networking them with leaders in the business.

His impeccable perspective and intuition make him an authority in the music scene. The professional saw that a common problem that newbies face is the possibility that their skills may go to waste because of the lack of proper relationships with record labels, producers, and promoters.

As a result of this realization, he has dedicated his expertise and extensive relationships to reassure emerging artists that the right people recognize their work. As the incredible entrepreneur insightfully said, “I do this mainly because no one ever did it for me. I really want to help get excellent music out there, to help cut through all the clutter and the competition that’s out there now for burgeoning new artists to navigate.”

On top of this, he possesses remarkable wisdom that comes from years of experience. Rich Fayden first started in the industry back in 1996, then had the opportunity to sign a deal with Atlantic Records, one of the biggest American record labels. After which, he signed a new deal, where he worked with some of the most iconic names of the music scene, including Max Martin, Rodney Jerkins, Diane Warren, and Brian Malouf.

But perhaps Rich Fayden’s most significant contribution is the creation of Talent Match, which he created along with MySpace. It is an online platform for discovering up-and-coming artists, from rappers to musicians. The innovative solution not only helped the producer dedicate himself to scouting promising talent but also helped elevate the music industry as a whole. In addition, the trailblazing website allowed the innovator to lay the groundwork for a breeding ground for the next generation of superstars.

As a testament to his prowess, he has discovered some of today’s most famous and beloved artists, such as Shawn Mendes, Jack Harlow, Halsey, Sam Smith, and Conan Gray, to name a few. He also works with top-tier labels and brand name producers like Dave Aude, Oak Felder, Ian Kirkpatrick, The Monsters, Strangerz, and many more.

Aside from his passion for finding talents, he is also a skilled artist. In fact, in one of his most recent projects, the producer has collaborated with The FifthGuys and Coffeeshop and released the track “Forever More.”

Moving forward, Rich Fayden intends to continue his advocacy to discover gifted artists who have quality tracks and lead them to the right people who can give them the spotlight they deserve. After all, the music consultant believes that “Catchy songs will always be the gas that helps the music industry engine run.”
