His blunt and powerful mission of empowering entrepreneurs by giving them the platform to share their voices as industry leaders has made him one of the top personal branding experts.

Take a look at this interview with Genova in which he reveals the importance of personal branding and valuable life lessons that led to his growth, powerful mindset, and success.

What challenges have you overcome?

Before I built my personal brand, I found it hard to get taken seriously. Nobody had heard of me, and I did not have the credibility to fall back on. So I worked hard to build up my social media, get published, and network with the right people. When on the road to success, it can be easy to fall into the trap of self-limiting beliefs. That happened to me, and I constantly had the feeling that there was a ceiling of success over my head. But I managed to break through these feelings and self-doubt. Only then was I able to achieve the success that I did.

What does your company do?

At High Roller, we help our clients elevate their credibility, and we do this by establishing and improving their digital footprint. We help people get recognized for their achievements and the hard work they have put in to get to where they are now. I am proud that we are helping people achieve their dreams and change lives every day. We work closely with clients and are happy to be a part of their success.

What is personal branding, and why is it important?

Personal branding is a crucial part of your identity. It is the intentional effort to promote yourself in a way that establishes credibility and builds authority. The results you first see when searching yourself on google will be prospective clients’ first impression of who you are. With the emergence of social media, people can view your life and make assumptions about you that can make or break your success. The main goal is to act in control of the information they find and have legitimate sources back you up. People trust credible sources and refrain from making negative assumptions about how you do what you do.

What do you see as your most significant achievement in life?

I think it is the ability to be compassionate towards the success of others and show my authentic self. The reason why I do this is to empower and help those who want to build success. If I see them reach success step by step, those are little wins for me. If I see them work hard to hit that pinnacle, it pushes me to become better to help more people and empower them on their journey to success. More importantly, to inspire others to embrace their authentic self by genuinely being myself. And that success is better than any dollar amount.
