German entrepreneur, Sohail Anand, is no stranger to success when it comes to business. Having forged his own path to financial freedom, Sohail has now dedicated himself to helping the masses achieve their goals and aspirations, starting with the right education and resources he provides through his own organization. Today, Sohail is here with us to share his journey to the top, and his best advice for navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship

Sohail, let’s start at the beginning of your journey. Tell us about your early life that led you to where you are now.

I was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, then came to Germany in 2003. I had a difficult time at first because I didn’t know the language, but we came here for safety. In 2006, I started school here and by 2016 I knew school was not for me. It was very boring to me and I decided to start working at Deutsche Bahn which is a train service here in Germany. I worked there from 2016 to 2019. I knew it was a good decision but at the same time it wasn’t a decision that made me happy. Yes, I had the money, I had everything, but I was not happy. I know that happiness is the biggest thing in life. So in March of 2019, I was thinking of what else I can do. Around that time I met someone who introduced me to the concept of forex trading. Now two and a half years later I have my own business and I have found what makes me happy.

It’s amazing that your pursuit of happiness has led you to where you are today. What else inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

I think the biggest thing was that I was really unhappy in 2019. I knew something needed to change and I needed to grow. So I did a google search to find out what I can do, what opportunities are out there where I can work for myself, be my own boss and earn an income. Then I was introduced to network marketing and I realized that that was exactly what I was looking for. Something that would allow a lot of growth personally and financially. After being introduced to the business and the family-like environment I knew that this was the best decision I had made in my entire life and this is what I wanted to do. In 10 years of school I never learned as much as I learned in just one week of being an entrepreneur.

It’s great that you’ve found something you truly love to do. Let’s talk about your business. What is the concept?

The concept of the business is very simple. It’s all about education. Educating yourself and others on the largest financial market in the world. There are so many opportunities once you’ve dedicated yourself to becoming educated and mastering the skill set of trading – you can trade stocks, foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, NFTs. Being in this business teaches people to make money online, invest, and also become business owners and entrepreneurs themselves, all while making lifelong friendships.  It’s a long term process and it’s really not easy, but what my mentor once told me “you need to go through short term pain for long term success” and that is something every entrepreneur experiences in their journey.

How does being involved in your business help people?

We can impact entire families. Change the cycle of generations for people who have started in this business. The impact is entirely positive. Changing people for the better and helping them become the best possible version of themselves so that they can create something that they have never accomplished in their life. We show people how to truly achieve greatness by believing in themselves and leveraging the support of other people in the business to create wealth and abundance.

Your dedication to helping others is truly inspirational. What are your plans for the future, or goals that you hope to achieve?

The mission is to impact millions. I know a lot of people who are unhappy, often because of the job they have right now. I want to influence people to understand that it is possible to make a change towards living a better and more fulfilling life that makes them truly happy. I want to help people who can’t help themselves. Even little children for example, I want to go to schools and teach them this new way of thinking that isn’t taught to them so that they can be prepared for their future.

That is a very admirable ambition, Sohail. Getting to this point as an entrepreneur must have been difficult. What kind of challenges have you faced building your business?

I have a list of challenges but really the biggest one has been having people leave your business. In my career around 60 people have left my organization. But I know that for every one person that leaves, 10 more are coming. So you have to maintain that belief in yourself and your business no matter what anyone else does or says. I realized it’s more important to focus on the positive and good things in your life rather than dwell on the setbacks or negative experiences. That’s the only way to move forward and be successful.

Thank you for sharing your story with us, Sohail. In closing, please tell us your best tips that you would offer to an aspiring entrepreneur?

  1. People don’t care what you know until they know that you care. So be the one who goes to people and asks them what they need. Don’t punish them for doing wrong but ask them how you can help them.
  2. Listen! Listen more than you speak. You have two ears and one mouth for a reason.
  3. Be coachable and teachable. Everybody who wants to be a successful entrepreneur should have a mentor. You must listen to them because they have what you want and can show you how to get it too.
  4. The richest place in the world is the graveyard, not because of the people but because of the ideas and the potential that has died and remains there. So that’s why you have to make a decision to make it happen. Not in 12 months, not in 6 months, but right now. Because no opportunity should be wasted.
