Fitness model Gladys Marin Santa has some important tips for everyone wanting to have a hot physique like her

Fitness in the last few years has grown dramatically. It has been more than a professional activity among women. It’s not a cakewalk to live a life of consistent workouts and following a strict diet regime. However, one woman who has achieved the impossible with her work is Gladys Marin Santa. Her hot-toned boy on social media has inspired millions of women to imbibe fitness in their daily routines. Along with it, her healthy lifestyle and beauty have played a role in inspiring women of all age groups.

The well-known fitness model and current Mrs. Antioquia has been an inspirational force for all those who wanted to have a perfect summer body. Her chiselled physique with mighty legs, strong abdomen and perfectly shaped hips makes her an ideal match for all those who have dreamt of having a dream body. Apart from genetics, the model credits her years of physical training as the reason behind her well-maintained physique. This consistency and discipline have helped the model earn great fanfare on social media with a family of more than 300K on Instagram.

Giving a tip of advice, Gladys Marin Santa suggests that one must focus for a few months on a combination of exercises that burn fat. “With these exercises, having a healthy diet is very important. Having said that, with a healthy diet don’t be strict with yourself. A strict diet you tend to decrease muscle mass and encourage body flaccidity”, said the fitness model. Moreover, the model emphasizes the need for weight training behind achieving the toned buttocks and perfectly shaped calves. Over the years, she has maintained the abs that she proudly flaunts in her posts.

Additionally, Gladys Marin Santa went on to say that cardiovascular exercises also play a crucial role in burning body fat. She says, “All the exercises I do are in equal measure as I have maintained a balance between weight training and cardio.” Continuing the consistency for years, the fitness model urges everyone to workout regularly. While concluding she stated that fitness is that priceless investment whose returns are guaranteed during the long run of life.
