Ghost is The Founder of AllMasterMinds and is also a Silent Investor in 7+ Industries with many responsibilities. It is fair to say that stress and burnout is very prevalent in the entrepreneurial world. Stress and burnout can be caused for a wide variety of reasons and Ghost talks about how he avoids these moments.

Ghost is a very self aware person. He does his best to change his mindset, which will lead to him changing his actions, and most importantly his environment. He knows that as long as he does what he loves to do and puts a smile on people’s faces, then stress will be at a minimum. “Love can never get burnt out” he says.

When most people face an obstacle, they mindlessly press on the gas, which will lead to burnout. Instead, Ghost doesn’t see things as obstacles. If something is preventing him from going through a period in his life or business, then he takes it as a sign to take a different direction towards that problem.

Do not just mindlessly go towards obstacles, it’s like shooting at a target that is not even there. This is why hustle culture can be flawed, it makes people think that when something gets hard in business, you need to work 10x harder to surpass it. The majority of the time you just need to press on the break, take a step back, and assess the situation in a more efficient way.

In other words, hustle culture is overrated. It will lead to burnout. Do what you love and always take a step back to assess all the moving parts in your life and your business to know what path you should take. Don’t just work 15 hour days to make a dollar, work on something bigger than yourself, have deep work blocks, and don’t overwork yourself by doing something you hate.
