Kissa McCarty is a 22 year old social media influencer and full time college student with a passion for fitness and traveling. She’s been able to grow her social media following by the thousands, and has taken advantage of her platform in a major way. Since growing rapidly on Instagram, she’s since expanded her platform to Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, OnlyFans, and Snapchat. Her journey thus far has been incredible, and she had a few valuable things to share in our interview with her.

Her Background

Growing up, Kissa has always had a strong work ethic. She grew up with an incredible passion for gymnastics, and learned from a young age that hard work, dedication and sacrifice would allow her to achieve anything she set her mind to. She worked all throughout high school while maintaining a high GPA in all advanced classes, and saved up enough money to purchase her own car.

Her work ethic carried over to college, and everything changed for Kissa her junior year. She was reposted on a popular Instagram page, and began racking up new followers by the thousands. Realizing how big of an opportunity this was, Kissa applied all of her focus and work ethic to growing her audience. Social media gave her the chance to finally flourish and travel the world simultaneously, and she’s more motivated than ever to continue on this path.

How Her Mindset Has Evolved

When she first began her social media career, she put more weight on other people’s perceptions of herself. Now that she’s been able to gain perspective on life, she’s realized that letting someone else’s perception of her dictate how she lives her life is ridiculous. When asked about this perspective, Kissa says, “I realized if you truly want to be a person that leads, you have to go places where others are too afraid to go.” Once she made this realization, there’s been nothing able to hold her back from achieving her goals in her career.

Dealing With Adversity

Having a large spotlight on social media is a massive advantage in business and in life, but there’s definitely some drawbacks. Kissa has faced plenty of criticism in her career already, and she’s had to become used to dealing with these criticisms internally and not let them affect her. She’s become better at it as time has passed, and it’s made her much more mature as a result.

Kissa’s story is inspiring, but she feels she’s only just getting started. She’s been gaining more momentum each day, and she has future plans to become a massive brand that spreads messages of positivity and generosity. She says, “You only get one chance at life, this is it, make the most out of it. You can do and achieve anything in this life.”
