The latest trend amongst everyone is to maintain a perfectly chiselled body. But what does it take to maintain a fit and healthy body? While it is regular exercise that helps in building muscles, but the real catch is in having proper nutrition in your daily routine. It is truly apt that what you eat is what you become. The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and how we feel. Clearing the air about having a perfectly-toned body, fitness expert Elvis Gjeci reveals that nutrition overshadows physical exercises. “Good food is like a medicine that helps in improving a person’s overall health”, says the fitness expert.

Elvis is an Italy-based fitness trainer and a professional gymnast who specializes in bodyweight training, functional training, fat loss programs and callisthenics. However, his major interest lies in gymnastics and callisthenics. The performer in his fitness career has not only left everyone in surprise with his intensive workout but has also made his name in Guinness Book of World Records thrice. With almost 200 courses held, he has performed gymnastics at more than 300 shows. When asked about his endless energy, Elvis stated that it has been the right kind of nutrition that has helped him in maintaining a sculpted body. Moreover, Elvis Gjeci has been a gymnast for the last 15 years, and he has been a part of the CONI Centre in Tirrenia, Italy.

Spilling the secret to have a fit body, the gymnast said, “Give the right input in your body and expect an excellent output in return. Many people fail to understand this logic, and it hampers their overall health in the long run. Eating right, sleeping properly and exercising daily are the forms of investment for a better future.” Adding to it, Elvis revealed that the meals in his day include more protein and fewer carbs. “Human body requires double protein than that of the actual body weight to gain muscle. You must eat right at the right time and drink an adequate amount of water to stay hydrated”, revealed Gjeci. Being consistent throughout his life, the young fitness expert has built a clientele from all over the world.

To give his followers an extra push of motivation, the gymnast shares the videos of his workout sessions regularly. A benefit Elvis suggested about working out regularly is that it will keep stress and anxiety away and encourage the overall well-being of an individual. Currently, Elvis is very keen to collaborate with fitness influencers and experts to make people aware of the endless benefits of opting for a healthy lifestyle. Elvis Gjeci’s recent live training session with Jury Chechi was one of a kind session that saw many fitness freaks joining them. Lastly, the fitness expert urged everyone to strike a balance between a regular workout and following a proper diet to live a hassle-free life.
