NEW YORK, NY: Darrin Smith has been working as a full-time government employee, all the while earning six-figures as an investor in real estate.

His venture into real estate began in 2012 when Darrin took a leap of faith into the industry. Since then, he has been able to flip over 400 properties, a real estate investment strategy that includes buying houses and then selling them for profit. Among the properties he’s flipped includes wholesaling and renovating. Darrin owns several rentals as well.

Darrin decided to share his real estate investment secret when he realized that ordinary people had the wrong idea about the venture. He found that other people thought they needed things like money, good credit, real estate license, or construction experience to get started in investing. Like others, Darrin also believed that having a nine to five job took up too much of their time. Eventually, his bravery led him to take a chance and earned him extra revenue on a monthly basis as he continued his nine to five job.

Every other week, Darrin holds live masterclasses to teach others around the country. He shares how people can get into real estate investments and without having to sacrifice too much of their time or savings. Darrin tells his students how real estate allowed him to pay off a bunch of debt and break generational curses.

The 9 to 5 Flipping course stands out from other courses thanks to the authenticity of Darrin’s lessons. Rather than preaching how people ought to quit their jobs to invest in real estate full-time, Darrin teaches his students how to leverage their 9 to 5 jobs to help them excel when they start real estate.

What puts him at an advantage over other services is the length of his course. Most courses last weeks, giving complicated and sometimes unnecessary lessons that can be too excessive. Darrin’s crash course only takes an intensive four days, providing them with only the most essential information they need to get started in real estate.

Darrin’s course is also very accessible. By making himself available, Darrin allows his students to reach him for any real estate inquiries easily. This is in part to him giving his student’s action items and homework to prepare for each day of the course.

He has provided a way for people from all walks of life to invest in real estate, regardless of their financial situation or owning a license. Darrin especially wants to help people who have little time as they work in day jobs.  His courses provide his students with secrets on investing without physically seeing the property or meeting the seller.

In the last three months, Darrin has helped over 400 students, all of whom have part-time or full-time jobs. Investing in real estate has also allowed Darrin to do charity work. Darrin has been able to help build the community by taking distressed properties and turning them into great safe homes for people to live.
