Most companies still make employees jump through metaphorical hoops and climb the corporate ladder to get anything done. TripleOne is a decentralized company where users around the globe come together to manage it as one big unit. The beauty of this model is that anyone can contribute ideas and be taken seriously. This way, the company manages to keep up with trends and continue to innovate, which keeps it competitive.

Any user can contribute ideas that are then put up to a vote. At the end of each month, each user is rewarded with monetary compensation. This model is so revolutionary because it manages to attract bright, self-motivated people who often have a strong pull toward entrepreneurship. It allows for freedom of idea-sharing and eliminates the hierarchy that the traditional office has supported for so long.

When you are part of TripleOne, any user can put in as much or as little work as they like. They can live on their own terms, down to waking up whenever they want to and not having to answer to anyone. TripleOne is divided into two types of variables: TripleOne Segments and TripleOne Points. Whenever a user registers to participate in TripleOne via their website, they are rewarded with TripleOne Segments, which are permanent.

Each month, every user accumulates TripleOne Points which in the end, equate to money in that user’s pocket. Points are reset at the beginning of every month. The reward that each user gets at the end of the month is based on their overall work and participation. Whenever a user invites a friend to join TripleOne, they get bonus points that can later be converted into a reward.

The way that TripleOne manages decentralization is through voting. The company’s voting system allows users to share what they consider to be “good” or “bad” in the company. Users can either cast a “normal” or a “power” vote. Normal votes are given to users at the beginning of each month to be cast however they see fit.

Unlike normal votes, “power” votes are permanent and can guide the future of the company according to users’ wishes. Users can vote a certain number of times, depending on the ranking that they have accumulated in the company. At TripleOne, ranking is based on merit. The more work a user puts in and participates, the higher they climb in the ranking, and the more important they become. A user’s ranking is displayed on their profile so that the rest of the business is aware of where they stand. The maximum rank at TripleOne is 100. The higher one’s rank is, the more benefits and rewards they get.

When it comes to the work done by TripleOne, things are always dynamic. Users can decide jointly what they want to work on, and projects can range from real estate to online business, investment opportunities, and more. Each new project provides an opportunity for jobs, and users can apply directly online.

TripleOne is a real trailblazer in the world of online work and allows the freedom that so many hard-working entrepreneurs wish for.
