Tatiana’s journey in real estate began in Orlando at the young age of 23, where she started selling timeshares for a former employer. Her early experience laid the foundation for her career, leading her to work alongside the developers of Bimini Resort World. This role provided her with invaluable insight into the construction side of the business. However, driven by a desire to explore new facets of real estate, Tatiana transitioned to become the office manager at Engle & Völkers Miami, a luxury real estate firm with over 50 agents. This position further honed her skills and gave her a project management perspective within the industry.

In 2017, Tatiana took a bold step and co-founded APEX Capital Realty. Under her leadership, the firm quickly ascended to become one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation. Her professional success is attributed to her extensive knowledge, persistence, and adaptability. Tatiana possesses a deep understanding of the real estate industry and its constantly evolving trends and regulations. “The process of revitalizing properties and helping clients navigate the complex real estate market is immensely rewarding,” she states. “I am constantly motivated to push the boundaries of what is possible in the industry.”

Tatiana’s reputation in the industry is built upon her strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results for her clients. This dedication has enabled her to cultivate strong relationships and maintain a solid standing within the real estate community.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tatiana is a passionate advocate for diversity and leadership. She firmly believes that diversity is crucial for any business to thrive; it transcends mere checkbox compliance. “It’s about understanding and embracing different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds,” she emphasizes. When leaders prioritize diversity and foster inclusive environments, everyone benefits—from employees to customers.

Tatiana actively encourages professional development and champions networking and mentorship opportunities for female professionals. Her values and passion for empowering women in her community to pursue their dreams are the driving forces behind her success. Moreover, her ability to adapt to changing circumstances while embracing innovation and new technologies showcases her strength and determination.

As Tatiana Escobar continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in the real estate industry, she remains a trusted leader who inspires others to achieve their goals and live their dreams. Through her work and advocacy, she not only elevates her own career but also uplifts the next generation of female leaders.
