Arun Prasad Jaganathan, the visionary Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Dallas-based Jugl, is making waves in the tech world by expanding AI-powered solutions across diverse sectors. With over 16 years of experience in product development and technology leadership, Arun Prasad is steering Jugl towards becoming a versatile platform that caters to various industries, from SMEs to apartment services and now, B2B order management.

Prior to co-founding the company in 2020, he held key positions at industry giants such as KPMG, where he led data and analytics teams, and Nthrive, where he developed customized products for the healthcare industry.

Since its inception in 2020, Jugl has experienced rapid growth, now serving over 400 small businesses globally. Under Arun Prasad’s technical guidance, the company has been forging strategic partnerships that extend its reach into new markets.

“Our AI-driven platform is proving to be incredibly adaptable,” Arun Prasad explains. “We’re applying our technology to streamline operations in multiple sectors, each with its unique challenges.”

One of Jugl’s recent success stories is in the apartment services industry. The company has partnered with several property management firms and independent service providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, revolutionizing how they manage maintenance tasks and tenant requests.

Aldo Trillo, owner of VS Cleaning, one of Jugl’s partners, notes, “The integration of project management with service request handling has significantly improved our response times and tenant satisfaction.”

Building on this success, Arun Prasad and his team have now set their sights on transforming B2B order management. Jugl’s latest innovation is an AI-powered order management system designed specifically for B2B transactions.

“B2B order management often involves complex workflows, variable pricing, and intricate supply chain considerations,” Arun Prasad states. “Our AI system simplifies these processes, making them more efficient and error-free.”

The new B2B order management feature utilizes machine learning algorithms to predict order patterns, optimize inventory levels, and streamline the entire order-to-cash process. Early adopters are reporting significant improvements in order accuracy and processing speed.

Revathi, CEO of Alpine Tapes Inc., an early user of Jugl’s B2B order management system, shares, “We’ve seen a 40% reduction in order processing time and a 25% improvement in order accuracy since implementing Jugl’s solution.”

“Our goal at Jugl is to democratize access to advanced workflow management tools,” Arun Prasad explains. “We’re bringing enterprise-level efficiency to small businesses through AI and intuitive design.”

Arun Prasad’s commitment to innovation is evident in Jugl’s development pace, with the team consistently releasing over 50 new features every month. This rapid iteration allows Jugl to stay ahead of market needs and quickly adapt to user feedback.

In the Sipcot industrial area of Hosur, Jugl is partnering with over 50 local businesses across various industries, demonstrating the platform’s versatility. This diversification strategy is paying off, with Jugl seeing significant growth in user adoption and partnership opportunities.

Arun Prasad remains a strong advocate for AI adoption in businesses of all sizes and types. He frequently speaks at industry events, sharing insights on how AI can transform operations across different sectors.

“Whether it’s a property management firm, a B2B supplier, or a small service provider, our goal is to make AI-driven efficiency accessible to all,” Arun Prasad asserts. “We’re not just providing software, and we’re offering a pathway to digital transformation.”

Looking ahead, Arun Prasad and his team at Jugl are exploring further applications of their AI technology, including potential expansions into healthcare logistics and field service management.

As Jugl continues to expand its partnerships and refine its AI capabilities under Arun Prasad’s leadership, the company is positioning itself as a key player in the evolving landscape of intelligent business solutions. With its successful ventures into apartment services, B2B order management, and plans for further industry expansions, Jugl is undoubtedly a company to watch in the world of AI-powered business management.
