The world has seen and celebrated the rise of tons of success stories, mainly males, who have done tremendously well across industries worldwide. How often have people celebrated the success stories of high-performing female professionals, entrepreneurs, authors, artists, chefs and more? Well, things are definitely changing and for the better, looking at how females are taking over their niches and reaching the forefront of almost all industries across the globe.

We couldn’t help but notice how one such incredible human being named Paula Stachyra, aka the Queen of the Grill, has made a name for herself in the world of food with her delicious recipes as a chef and also as an author.

Paula Stachyra is a well-known chef and the author of the book Wing Crush: 100 Epic Recipes for Your Grill or Smoker. She is also excited about releasing her second book, “The Big Book of Barbeque on Your Pellet Grill, ” due in Spring 2024. This book consists of 200 show-stopping recipes and a section on “Pellet Grilling 101.”

Paula Stachyra has paved the way to massive growth and success in her career by creating a unique niche of her own in barbeques and grills. She considers her mother her inspiration, who has always stood by her and encouraged her to achieve her goals. Today, this driven personality has also become a known media person, who has done countless media appearances, showcasing her pellet grill recipes, tips, and tricks across North America.

There is more than what meets the eye in the case of this self-driven and highly motivated BBQ chef and author. She has risen to the top, exuding her passion as a grill enthusiast, recipe developer for national brands, photographer, and content creator from Cambridge, Ontario.

She believes that for people to achieve their desired goals and success in their chosen sectors, they need to dive deep into their niches, continuously gain more knowledge and experiences, and even sometimes fail to learn the bigger lessons. She says discipline and commitment also go a long way, and she mentions how passion and immense love for one’s work can lead people towards astounding success. However, one must never stop learning, she highlights.

Paula Stachyra has proved her mettle as a BBQ chef through her sumptuous recipes and food writings, crafting books that can urge readers to immediately try her recipes themselves and satiate their hunger. Though being a food author has been challenging for her, she has remained committed to her goals to stimulate readers’ taste buds.

She has been a Pit Boss Grills team member, in Scottsdale, Arizona, since 2021. Also, her recipes are regularly featured on various social media platforms and the Pit Boss Grills website. Her recipes have been featured on social media accounts like Rachael Ray Magazine, Food Network Canada, Chex cereal, Amazon Live, BuzzFeed, Thrillist, Ontario Pork, National Pork Board and more. She is also featured on top media websites and magazines like Breakfast Television, The Social, CTV News across Canada, Global News across Canada, Zoomer as one of Canada’s Top Grill Masters and Barbequers, and LA Weekly as one of the Top 15 Authors to read in 2023, to name a few.

This has allowed her to work with top-notch brands like Home Hardware, Castello Cheese, Budweiser, Tabasco, French’s Mustard, King’s Hawaiian, and many more, thanks to her USP and her creativity in creating varied recipes. Besides this, she is also tremendously popular on Instagram for her #WingCrushWednesday weekly posts.

In the near future, Paula Stachyra aims to launch her own line of rubs and sauces, a cooking show and continue writing books.
