CR18 starts spring works for Winstar’s housing project

Changsha, Hunan Province, China: In May 2022, China Railway 18th Bureau Group Beijing Company (CR18) started 2022 spring works for Winstar International’s apartment development project in Changsha, as a positive response to China’s national policies of resumption of work and production (RWP).

The housing project is located in Changsha, Hunan Province. It is developed and owned by Winstar International which is incorporated with a portion of government shareholdings. The first phase of the apartment development project offers a total floor area of 129,800 m2, to be completed by the end of 2024. The second phase, offering roughly 200,000 m2, will soon start as scheduled. In 2021, Winstar International has managed to complete the main structure of the first phase ahead of the work schedule. 

China Railway 18th Bureau Group Beijing Company, as the project’s general contractor, has always been dedicated to efficiency and refined management, trying their best to carry out quality works in a safe environment against the epidemic. 

China Railway 18th Bureau Group Beijing Company boasts proudly in its parent company, namely, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) which was solely established by China Railway Construction Corporation on November 5, 2007 in Beijing, China. Now CRCC is a mega size construction enterprise under the administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The parent company was listed in Shanghai (601186.SH) and Hong Kong (1186.HK) on March 10 and 13, 2008 respectively, with a registered capital of 13.58 billion Chinese Yuan (or 1.94 billion USD), ranking 42nd among Fortune Global 500, and 3rd among ENR’s Top 250 Global Contractors and 12th among China’s Top 500 Enterprises in 2021.

Now, as the main structure is completed, Winstar International’s apartments are proudly offered for sale. Winstar International, together with its general contractor China Railway 18th Bureau Group, will make sure to honor their social responsibilities and work to the buyers’ satisfaction in an efficient yet safe manner under the epidemic context.
