Professionalism is an art form that not everyone can master. Some people are born with the characteristics of a successful CEO, while others work hard to develop these characteristics.

Dr. Lennox Superville paved his way to success as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder of Infosysarchitecture, LLC in Raleigh, NC, and the Executive Director of Infosysarchitecture, Ltd in Maraval, Trinidad, since July 2021. Since March 2020, he has also served as the Head of Immanuel’s High School Alumni of T&T, limited.

A CEO’s job is a multifaceted one. They are frequently the company’s face to internal and external stakeholders, dealing with management, the board, and the general public. They are in charge of the company’s long-term strategy as well as instilling brand values in staff.

Here are some of Dr. Lennox Superville’s characteristics that contributed to his success as a CEO.

Dr. Lennox Superville has a clear vision for where he wants his company to go. When founded in reality, ambition and optimism are excellent qualities, the CEO of a company must believe in those ambitions. The ability to persuade others to believe in your vision is a valuable tool in leadership.

A good CEO must be able to pursue a goal with excitement and encourage that same enthusiasm in others. Dr. Lennox Superville understands how to get the most out of his company and its people.

Employees who are driven and invested in the firm will work more and really want to help the company succeed.

Adaptable

Changes in the industry, sector and business can have a significant impact on a CEO’s strategy, priorities, and actions. Dr. Lennox Superville understands this and knows how to shift course when necessary. As a good CEO, he understands when to change his function to meet the demands of the organization.

Intertwining jobs in the private and public sectors. 

Dr. Lennox Superville established a Limited Liability Company, LESA Communications, in Raleigh, NC, in 1989, allowing him to stay at the forefront of technology and construct a formidable network while working for a Private Sector Company, Bell-Northern Research, in Research Triangle Park, NC.

He was hired into the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) in neighboring downtown Raleigh, NC, in 1990. “LESA Communications assisted me in gaining confidence to apply and then succeed as Director at the NCDPI,” Superville said. He later worked as the Chief Information Officer at the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor in Raleigh, North Carolina.

This was insufficient for a dedicated specialist such as Dr. Lennox Superville. Dr. Lennox Superville established Infosysarchitecture LLC (ISA) shortly after his departure from NCOSA in 2009. As CEO at ISA, he grasped his obligations as Principal Investigator at Planphoria, LLC by using ISA as a knowledge foundation. Dr. Lennox Superville also worked as a senior advisor to Keshav Consulting Inc’s CEO in 2010. In 2012, he was also a member of the Department of Mathematics at ITT Technical Institute in Durham, NC.

Furthermore, in 2013, Dr. Lennox Superville was appointed the Managing Director of Business Development at Pitech Solution Inc; in 2017, a SubAgent at National Energy Partners; and in 2020, he was an International Technology Collaborator with Transcend Technology Group Inc (TTG).

He is currently the Executive Director of Infosysarchitecture, Ltd in T&T, an ISA subsidiary, as well as the Head of Immanuel’s High School Alumni Trinidad & Tobago, limited (IHSATT) 2020 www.ihsatt.com.

Dr. Lennox Superville exemplifies those remarkable individuals who do not quit after reaching a single goal. His unwavering and uncompromising efforts speak volumes about his drive and tenacity.
