One of Wisconsin’s most prominent rappers carving out a scene for the area, Rushmobb BoyBoy drops his eagerly-awaited project MVP. The project is filled with tons of bangers and songs to add to your playlist, and is some of his most personal work to date. Artists like Nathen Peni, Nanii R, Jay Tone, CGB JAY, and Mocha are featured on the project while producers like Crizzy Boy are behind the boards for this big release.
BoyBoy being one out of five siblings had considerable diversity in the style of music that he was exposed to. Notorious BIG, Dipset, and Rick Ross were the artists that influenced BoyBoy’s thirst for lyrical creativity since 2007. In 2014, BoyBoy transitioned from basketball superstar to changing his goal to becoming an addition to the midwest’s lyrical geniuses. Since then, BoyBoy has released eight projects that primarily focus on traditional rap with an R&B ambiance.
