While growing up, people knew of Aleksandr Pritsker as a prodigious tennis player. He was so good at the game that he eventually became a professional tennis player. Although his love for tennis is still there, Pritsker finally decided to pursue real estate. It may have come as a shock to some people, but it was no surprise to those closest to him who knew of his love for looking at beautiful homes.

“I’ve always had the determination needed to help me excel. I knew that I wanted to dabble in the real estate industry because I’ve always loved looking at homes and got excited about the idea of helping people find their gems or sell properties when they’re ready to move on to a new place. Because I was incredibly determined to have success in the industry, I studied, obtained my license, and then started working for an incredible broker,” shared Pritsker. “I started to gain a reputation for being eager to help clients with their real estate wants and needs. Those who’ve worked with me have experienced my drive firsthand and have benefited from my customer service skills. I want clients to know that selling or buying doesn’t need to be a stressful process. If you have the right agent, you can have a much greater experience. I want to make sure each client has a memorable experience with me while I utilize my real estate knowledge to help them.”

Success in real estate doesn’t typically happen overnight, especially in an ever-changing industry that requires realtors to adapt and make adjustments accordingly. However, Aleksandr Pritsker makes it look easy by achieving numerous accomplishments within five years. “People ask me how I’ve managed to end up receiving multiple awards. I tell them it’s because of my commitment to clients. I’m there when they need me. One thing clients appreciate most is that I’ll respond as quickly as possible, and I’m available to assist them 24/7, even if it’s in the middle of the night,” said Pritsker. “Not everyone is willing to do that. However, I believe it’s important because it provides clients with peace of mind. So, whether you’re selling a home for a client or helping them find one to buy, you need to make sure you’re available to them. No one wants to work with a realtor who doesn’t return calls, is hardly available, and doesn’t provide enough support.”

Born in Ukraine, Pritsker says moving to America has allowed him to achieve his dreams. His determination, knowledge of the industry, and incredible work ethic are some of the characteristics that have helped him continuously receive five-star reviews from clients. In addition to his stellar reviews, he’s featured on numerous lists, including Top 4 Ranked Team NJ, Top 3 Ranked Monmouth/Ocean County Agent, and NJAR Platinum Award-Winning Realtor in 2018, 2019, and 2020, to name a few. His notable accomplishments keep him even more motivated to continue working his way up the real estate ladder. Those interested in seeing Pritsker in action can check out Bez Granitz on NTV which is a leading real estate show where he is featured in an episode that is being aired in October that provides a bit more insight into his daily duties.
