“I’m not always 100% focused, but I’ve been talking to every leader in their industry which allowed me to grasp their understanding of marketing and their particular expertise. Once I’m focused, I’m unstoppable and won’t stop until I see success, no matter what.”

“This focus allows me to be very creative and that is what makes me stand out from any ordinary “low-success” entrepreneur and marketer who are just doing this for money.”

Jem Bourouh sold more than $20,000,000 with his eCommerce businesses. He started his marketing agency called Acdubator back in 2018, which also invests in smaller DTC brands and acts as a VC. His education-focused entity is called eCom Incubator.

Jem states that the current VC model is broken. The problem is that too much capital is being invested into brands too soon. An optimal amount of capital is required to drive profitable growth and this is the solution his agency brings to the entrepreneur world.

Smaller brands don’t have the experience and don’t know how to grow their DTC brand. “We know exactly what we’re doing since we have helped hundreds of companies to achieve profitable growth. We know exactly what needs to be done and how exactly it needs to be executed. I want to invest in smaller brands, optimize their CAC and LTV, scale them and then flip them.”

There’s no doubt that Jem’s marketing agency can pull it off either since they’ve proven to be able to scale several ecommerce brands from $0-$1,000,000 in revenue in just 30 days.

They are the ones responsible for viral TikTok Leggings having sold more than 120,000 units. They’ve also scaled a beauty company to $780,000 in attributed revenue during BFCM.

Exactly! Jem Bourouh and his team are not playing small and neither should you.

Jem shares that there are people that are depending on him online and in real life. “Whether it is people that look up to me and tell me that I’m their inspiration or helped them scale their business, or my employees, business partners or customers.” This is the main reason behind his resolve and goal to destroy the guru stigma in eCommerce.

“I enjoy this craft very much and it gives me a lot of fulfillment. There are little to no distractions and everyone around me knows this is my life– they’ll, in fact, get mad at me if I’m not making progress”

Imagine having people on your team and in your life that believe in you that much, it’s so possible!

You need the same level of energy, focus, stamina, and full-on dedication as Jem. He’s been from 0 to 100 to 0 and back up to 100 multiple times throughout this journey, now he’s unshakable. “I will not stop until I have achieved every single one of my goals.” You shouldn’t stop either, keep going you’ve got this!
