Never did we imagine that we would wake up one day and suddenly everything stops; work, school, life. The pandemic has truly made time go faster, and life go slower. If this were a scenario in a movie, we could easily say we would survive. Most of us are surviving, but the mental state of each person in quarantine differs. We can’t blame them, being in quarantine for more than a year can really take a toll on you. Some sites such as Zoom, Netflix Party, Discord, Google Meet and many more, offer streaming options where you have a choice to watch movies and tv shows with your loved ones. Messaging applications such as Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp which help people communicate with each other are truly the biggest innovations the world has to offer. Since gyms are closed everything has also gone online. This means meeting up with your trainer during your zoom calls and exercising with them with messaging apps such as Messenger. Truly, technology has made life so much easier for us. It is safe to say that without technology, communication with others would be quite hard. To have a healthy mindset, we need to communicate with other people. This wouldn’t have been possible without your phone, laptop or
